Replyage.I KNOW, how much of The Suck am I. Spare time up here in the hexagonal bubble frequently gets absorbed by sitting with people on the landing, discussing and planning houses, watching iplayer (and LOST!), so then I need to check the feeds when I'm on my own. and so any bloggery gets pushed just into the relegation zone of time management :)
Claire does frisbee too!!! Awesomeness :D It truly is the game of champions. I play for
Trevs, cos it's fun and not as much of a commitment as uni level (ie: I don't need to walk miles to get to training) but god, it's still such a proper work out. To be good you've got to literally run away from whoever is marking you, and as some points can go on for 15 minutes sometimes, you need lots of energy. Yesterday I jogged back from training too, which is bonus exerciseness.
Oh, and I totally have a kit for frisbee :D There seems to be a tend with having ridiculous numbers on the back; selections include 0, pi, e, i, c, $, VI and other such geekery. Mine is: !? cos I'm awesome like that :P
Of course, frisbee helps with exercising in this [wrist raising gesture] way too, frisbee socials are epic. I've probably mentioned it before, but 3 pints CAN fit into an upturned frisbee, and there ARE team races to see who can finish one on frisbee nights. So overall a good balanced work out :P
We have a gym in college, but I never use it really..... I should! I did the opposite to Freddie in that I put on weight in term-time (a stone!?) and promptly lost some of it over Christmas. My body works in strange ways. I blame the numerous tasty puddings.
